How to Order

  1. Call and talk to a member of our sales team so we can give you an idea of the lead-time and cost right over the phone (contact us).  If you wish you can also This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it , and you will receive a response by the end of next the next business day (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time). 
  2. When you have decided to move forward you will need to fill out and subimit an order form, along with a deposit of 50% of the total order, by check, Visa, or MasterCard.  This will reserve your manufacturing slot and help ensure on time delivery. 
  3. Shortly after, you will receive an email with project milestones.  You will need to strictly adhere to these deadlines so we can deliver your product on time.
  4. Artwork production will then commence and you will then receive a pre-production proof so you can see exactly what your artwork will look like. 
  5. Once the art work has been approved, and you faxed or emailed the form indicating so, we will begin the manufacturing process.
  6. Once completed, your order will be packaged to ship and the balance of your order is due.
  7. Once final payment is received, products will then be shipped out.
  8. At this point we would appreciate it if you took a picture of your team/event so we can post it on our website.
