When you have decided to move forward you will need to fill out and subimit an order form, along with a deposit of 50% of the total order, by check, Visa, or MasterCard. This will reserve your manufacturing slot and help ensure on time delivery. -
Shortly after, you will receive an email with project milestones. You will need to strictly adhere to these deadlines so we can deliver your product on time. -
Artwork production will then commence and you will then receive a pre-production proof so you can see exactly what your artwork will look like. -
Once the art work has been approved, and you faxed or emailed the form indicating so, we will begin the manufacturing process. -
Once completed, your order will be packaged to ship and the balance of your order is due. -
Once final payment is received, products will then be shipped out. -
At this point we would appreciate it if you took a picture of your team/event so we can post it on our website.
